The 2009 season is just around the corner and it promises to be another great year for NRW cricket.

In league cricket, Köln CC will be trying to defend their title as NRW Cricket Champions, and will be contesting the league with an additional nine teams.

This season will also see Twenty-20 cricket take off in NRW with the introduction of a league system for the fitrst time.
